We process orders as quickly as possible within 48 hours, Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on closure days will be handled on the next business day. If additional time is required, we will notify you directly.
Packages are shipped via Canada Post or Purolator and a tracking number is provided.
Bicycles are not eligible for shipping and must be picked up in-store. Free shipping is available for orders of $150 or more, but exceptions may apply due to additional carrier fees in certain regions. If this applies to your order, we will contact you before processing it. For orders under $150, a standard shipping fee of $25 applies, plus applicable taxes.
In-store pickup is available. Your order will be held for 30 days before being restocked, at which point the payment will be converted into store credit.
To initiate a return, please contact us by email at info@emilebicyclettes.com within 30 days of purchase or delivery (whichever is later). If you choose to return an item by mail rather than in person, return shipping costs will not be covered. The item must be in brand-new condition and in its original, undamaged packaging.
Returns are eligible for exchange, refund or store credit. A 10% restocking fee applies to all refunds.Bicycles, special orders, and sale items are considered final sales and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
