Appointments are required for tune-ups. For specific repairs, you can call us or come by the shop. We’ll do our best to accommodate you as quickly as possible.
No appointment needed. Just come by the shop. Flat repairs usually take 5 to 15 minutes, depending on how busy we are.
Yes. You can come by the shop and we’ll take a look at your bike. We’ll explain what it needs and provide clear recommendations before any work is done.
Most tune-ups are completed within 48 hours, often by the next day.
If you rely on your bike daily, let us know. We’ll do our best to prioritize your repair.
Yes. In some cases, additional installation fees may apply. Please note that parts not purchased from us are not covered by our warranty.

Yes, but only e-bikes purchased through bike shops. We do not service moped-style bikes, e-scooters, or direct-to-consumer e-bikes purchased online.

Yes. We carry a selection of trusted locks, wheel security systems, and Garage 529 registration kits. We also offer options like AirTags with anti-theft mounts to help protect your bike.

We’ve integrated our main supplier’s catalogue (HLC, based in Lévis, Québec) into our website. This gives you access to a wide selection of genuine, brand-name parts sourced through official distribution, with convenient ordering and delivery options.
Yes. You can select in-store pickup at checkout. We’ll notify you when your order is ready.
Most orders are prepared within 24hours. During busy periods, it may take slightly longer.
Yes. Items must be unused and in their original condition. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us before coming in.
