Do I need an appointment?

Appointments are required for tune-ups.

For specific repairs, feel free to stop by the shop or give us a call. We’ll do our best to fit you in.

Flat tire repairs are always done on the spot.

How long does a tune-up take?

Most tune-ups are completed within 24 to 48 hours, depending on workload and parts availability.

If you need your bike back for commuting, let us know. We will prioritize it.

Do I need a tune-up or just a repair?

If you're not sure, bring your bike in. We’ll assess it and recommend the best option.

Do you include parts in the price?

Tune-ups include labor only unless otherwise specified. Parts are extra.

Can I bring my own parts?

Yes, but we may charge additional labor depending on the installation.

Work performed with customer-supplied parts is not covered under our service warranty.

What types of bikes do you service?

We service most bikes, including road, mtb, gravel, commuter, and e-bikes purchased from bike shops.

We do not work on scooters or mopeds.
