Our products are sourced directly from our suppliers, the official distributors of the brands available in Canada, ensuring you receive authentic goods. Here is how we manage shipping for orders placed on our website.
1. Processing Time
Since we order directly from our suppliers, processing times depend on their inventory.
- Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST are shipped the same day.
- Next-Day Dispatch: Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST are shipped the following business day.
- Note: During peak seasons or supplier shortages, dispatch times may vary slightly.
2. Shipping Rates
We ship exclusively within Canada.
A flat shipping rate of $25 applies to all orders under $100.
All deliveries include signature required upon delivery.
FREE SHIPPING: Orders totaling $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping within Canada.
Note: For oversized items (like full bikes or large frames), please contact us at info@emilebicyclettes.com for a custom shipping quote before ordering.
3. Delivery Times
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location.
- You will receive a tracking number via email.
- Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
4. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only to addresses within Canada. We do not ship to the United States or internationally.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
Responsibility: Once the carrier has received your package, Émile Bicyclettes is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages in transit.
- If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot find it: Please check with neighbors or your building management. If the issue persists, contact us within 48 hours so we can investigate with the carrier.
- If your package arrives damaged: Please take photos of the packaging and the damaged item immediately. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the photos and your order number. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier or sending a replacement.
6. Incorrect Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will charge you for the shipping cost to resend the order.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
7. Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@emilebicyclettes.com
- If the order has not yet been dispatched to the supplier, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
- If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to refuse the delivery or return the item once received (subject to our Return Policy).
