• Limitation of Liability: Émile Bicyclettes cannot be held responsible for bodily injuries, property damage, or indirect losses resulting from the use of a repaired bicycle or a product purchased from us, except in cases of proven negligence on our part.
• Your Responsibility: As a cyclist, you are responsible for checking the condition of your bicycle before each use. Our repairs do not guarantee the absence of future failure due to normal wear, misuse, or prior damage undetectable during diagnosis.
• Customer-Supplied Parts: If you provide your own parts, we do not guarantee their compatibility or quality. Any installation of customer-supplied parts is done at your own risk and is not covered by our service warranty.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (logos, texts, images, code) belongs to Émile Bicyclettes inc. or its content providers. Any unauthorized use is prohibited and may result in legal action.

5. Limitation of Liability
